Our property management system requires team members to be experienced, mature, willing to do the extra work that our procedures require, be good with people, and have local knowledge. These are hard shoes to fill. When we started looking for a new property manager in late 2017, the more people we asked, the more recommendations we got for Lorrain. In March 2019 we opened our new office at Tanilba Bay, TILLIGERRY REAL ESTATE. Lorrain is based at this new location, providing office administration, reception and clerical assistance to the sales and property management staff.
