Stephen Costello

Born in Paddington in Sydney, like so many others at the time he spent many of his holidays here in Port Stephens as a youth, eventually moving to Nelson Bay permanently in 1995. Stephen has become a proud Port Stephens resident. You might remember his face from his gift shop days, being the man behind the counter at “Presence from Salamander” in the Salamander Shopping Centre.

Since 2004 he has worked in the property industry, with well-rounded experiences in residential sales, land development, off the plan sales, and property management in Port Stephens, Newcastle and the Hunter.

Apart from real estate, Stephen's work experiences include representative work and small business, having been in sales and marketing in Sydney, Brisbane and locally since 1988.
