Steven Booth

Steve joins our office bringing a wealth of real estate experience (22 years), having worked both locally and in Newcastle. Growing up at sunny Taylor's Beach, his sales ability is enhanced by intimate local knowledge.

In September 2015 Steve contacted Nelson Bay Real Estate and asked to come on board, having been impressed by the office's team approach to selling, our local reputation and the training and support we provide to the sales department. We were thrilled to welcome him to our team, and after meeting him we are confident that you will feel the same way.

A little more about Steve:

• Once upon a time he was the local milko! (from Bob's Farm to Salamander Bay)
• He used to own the Bay Barefoot and Waterski School that operated from Taylor's Beach (they were even on "Getaway")
• His parents have been local business people for years, still owning a motel in the area and they were also the original owners of the building where Tilligerry Real Estate is now located.
• Since 2019 Steve is based at our Tilligerry office.
