Hi Michael, we thought it was time to let you you know how much we appreciate your services whilst selling our house.

As you know, we tried to sell our house via private sale for about 5 months prior to you contacting us. When you saw us remove the private "for sale" sign, you called us and we agreed to meet despite our reservations that you could achieve the price we needed. After meeting you we felt we had nothing to lose by giving you a go at selling the property, as we were wuite specific about what we needed to achieve from the sale.

We could not believe that you achieved that sale within a fortnight of visiting us (before the photo even appeared in the paper!) and we actually made a little more than the targeted price.
